2. What Yelle Is

Important:
- Yelle is a record-keeping tool, not a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or tax consultant.
- Reports generated by Yelle are based on data you provide. Their accuracy depends on the completeness and correctness of your inputs.

- Always consult a qualified professional for major financial decisions.

- Misrepresenting your identity or business for fraudulent purposes
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
7. AI & Accuracy
- Yelle uses artificial intelligence to interpret your messages, transcribe voice notes, read receipts, and generate insights
- AI is not perfect. Voice transcription, receipt reading, and intent parsing may contain errors
- You are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of entries
- Yelle provides a confirmation step for transactions — always verify before confirming
- Business intelligence, news, and market insights are AI-generated summaries, not professional advice
8. Marketplace
- The Yelle Marketplace connects buyers and sellers. Yelle is not a party to any transaction between users
- We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed
- Buyers and sellers transact directly — Yelle does not process payments between marketplace participants
- We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms
9. Savings Groups (VSLA)
- Yelle provides a digital tracking tool for savings groups. We do not hold or manage funds
- All contributions, rotations, and payouts are managed by the group members themselves
- Yelle tracks contributions for transparency — we are not liable for disputes between group members
10. Loans & Financial Partners
- Yelle facilitates connections between users and loan partners. We do not provide loans or guarantee loan approval
- Financial data is shared with loan partners only with your explicit consent
- Loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules are set by the lending institution, not Yelle
- The loan readiness score is an internal metric based on your Yelle records — it is not a credit score and may not reflect assessments by external lenders
- You can revoke partner data access at any time by typing "revoke access"
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Yelle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We are not liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or business decisions made based on Yelle data or reports
- We are not liable for errors in AI-generated content, including incorrect transcriptions, miscategorised transactions, or inaccurate business insights
- We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss due to circumstances beyond our control, or third-party service failures (WhatsApp, payment processors, etc.)
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Yelle in the 12 months preceding the claim
12. Intellectual Property
- Yelle, the Yelle logo, and all related branding are the property of Yelle Technologies
- Your business data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your records, transactions, or documents

- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
- Upon termination, your data is retained per our Privacy Policy (Section 5) unless you request deletion
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

- Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation
- If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798) of Ghana
- The arbitration shall take place in Accra, Ghana
